Hayden's Autos Trucks & Equipment understands the importance of maintaining our customers privacy online. In a time of spam e-mail, and credit card fraud we understand our customers have the right to know how personal information is handled.
What information does Hayden's Autos Trucks & Equipment need from me?
When placing an order on this or any other site certain information is needed to processes the order. Your name and billing address associated with the credit card you are using, your credit card information, e-mail address and shipping address.
Why do you need more then one address from me?
In most cases Hayden's Autos Trucks & Equipment only needs one address, as long as your product is shipping to the same location as your billing information. In order to eliminate credit card fraud your billing information must match the credit card you provide. Hayden's Autos Trucks & Equipment will ship to any location within the continental U.S. Your shipping information does not need to match the billing information.
What happens to my information when I send it?
The information you provided us will only be used to complete your order. When your credit card is processed, the billing address you provided is then matched to protect against fraud. Only your shipping address and product information goes to our shipping department, all billing and credit card information is kept with the original invoice in our system.
Will my e-mail address be given out?
Hayden's Autos Trucks & Equipment does not sell or give out any personal information including your e-mail address to any third-parties. The information you provide to us, stays with us. Hayden's Autos Trucks & Equipment will send out news letters and we will use your e-mail address to keep you informed on new products and specials. If you do not wish to receive our news letter please let us know upon ordering and your e-mail will not be stored in our database.
Is my credit card information safe?
Yes. Hayden's Autos Trucks & Equipment uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology to encrypt your information. When you click on the Check Out button you will notice the browser change from http:// to https://. Depending on your browser you may also have a box appear stating you are about to view information over a secure connection. Our site is COMPLIANT with the PCI scan validation requirements. Our site is tested for PCI Compliance, QSA, IDS, Penetration Testing, Forensics, and Vulnerability Assessment.
When is my credit card charged?
Hayden's Autos Trucks & Equipment charges your credit card at the time your product is ordered. The following checkout options will also charge your card at the time of your order, Google Checkout and PayPal orders placed online.

Hayden's Autos Trucks & Equipment exclusively ships via UPS or USPS on all orders considered non truck freight. Hayden's Autos Trucks & Equipment will only ship to the fifty U.S states and Canada which excludes all other international destinations. In the event that you, the customer, places an order to an International address not listed above, Hayden's Autos Trucks & Equipment reserves the right to cancel your order and issue a full refund.
When will my product be shipped out?
Most products ordered ship directly from Hayden's Autos Trucks & Equipment within 0-2 business days, some exceptions may include back ordered and/or direct ship items.
How long will it take to receive my product?
If the product is in stock most orders are received within 3-6 business days depending on your location. Non-stock, special order and out of stock items may take 1-2 weeks to be received. If you would like to check inventory or estimated ship date please contact us.
APO/FPO Shipping (Military Address)
Hayden's Autos Trucks & Equipment CANNOT ship product directly to APO or FPO addresses because we utilize UPS. (which does not ship to APO/FPO addresses) As an option, you may want to consider shipping to a stateside street address and then sending the package to the APO/FPO address overseas via the US Postal Service.
Canadian Duties & Taxes:
The recipient of an international Canadian shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by you the recipient; Hayden's Autos Trucks & Equipment has no control over these charges and can't predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from city and province; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
Items sold by Hayden's Autos Trucks & Equipment, and shipped to destinations in the states of New Jersey and Nevada are subject to tax.

All product warranties if any, implied have been done so at the discretion of the manufacturer. If you need warranty assistance on any product you've purchased, please contact the manufacturer directly.
Products manufactured by Hayden's Autos Trucks & Equipment carry a 1-Year warranty against defects in materials and craftsmanship. The Warranty is Limited to one (1) year from the date of sale and limited solely to the parts contained within the product's kit. All products that are in question of Warranty must be returned shipping prepaid to Hayden's Autos Trucks & Equipment and must be accompanied by a dated proof of purchase receipt. Warranty is limited to the original purchaser.
Under no circumstances shall the Hayden's Autos Trucks & Equipment be liable for any labor charged or travel time incurred in diagnosis for defects, removal, or reinstallation of this product, or any other contingent expenses.
Hayden's Autos Trucks & Equipment would like you to shop with confidence. Your complete satisfaction is our number one goal. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, just return the item within 30 days from the date it was received for an exchange, store credit, or credit depending on the products condition. (shipping and handling charges are not refundable.) See complete return policy below.
A RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number is required, and must be written on the outside shipping carton. Complete this form to obtain a Return Authorization Number and return shipment instructions.
Returns must be packaged securely in an outer carton
Do not write on the product packaging itself. Write only on the outer shipping carton.
Packages received without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the outer carton will be refused credit and the package returned to sender.
Returnable items must be received by Hayden's Autos Trucks & Equipment within 30 days of the product being received by you the customer. (determined by UPS Tracking info)
Returned product must be in new, re-saleable condition, with all original boxes, packaging, parts, cables, manuals, etc.
Upon receipt, all returns will be inspected, and, at our discretion, credit may be refused or a restocking fee of 5%-10% may be assessed.
Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
Gift Cards are not returnable or refundable for cash.
Customer is responsible for shipping costs incurred to return products.
Some Circumstances in which credit will not be issued but not limited to:
Product has been installed and/or used
Product has been damaged from an attempt to be installed and/or used
Product is shipped back with out original box, manual and/or parts
Seal on electrical parts is broken
Product serial number does not match that of which was original shipped to buyer
Product is deemed not resell able by Hayden's Autos Trucks & Equipment due to customers own actions in dealing with the product Once you have received the manufacturer's RMA number you still MUST get an RMA number from Hayden's Autos Trucks & Equipment. Once the product is returned and inspected you will be issued a Store Credit or Exchange.
Shipments refused by you the customer and returned back to Hayden's Autos Trucks & Equipment will carry an automatic 10% restocking fee deducted from the total credit owed.
Core credit returns will be accepted within 30 days of original purchase. After 30 day core credit refunds will be at the discretion of XDP.
To return your product core for credit, first drain all fluids, if any, from the product. Then fill out the Return Form (LOCATED HERE). Hayden's Autos Trucks & Equipment will email you with an RMA number and detailed return instructions. Please wait for shipment instructions before shipping any cores, many cores will be sent directly to the manufacturer.
Hayden's Autos Trucks & Equipment recommends using a carrier that provides package tracking to ensure your product gets back safely and quickly. You will not be reimbursed for shipping costs incurred in shipping the core.
The credit card used for the purchase of the product giving rise to the core return will be credited with the core's originl invoiced value after inspection.
Cores that have been disassembled or have missing and/or damaged major components will not receive full core credit.
Hayden's Autos Trucks & Equipment prides itself on having the industries largest selection of diesel performance products In-Stock everyday. However, back orders, production issues and delays in transit do occur.

Special Order Policy:
Hayden's Autos Trucks & Equipment will special order almost any product that is carried by our manufacturers. To order non-stock, special order items, a pre-payment in full is required. Pre-payment is non-refundable/non-transferable, and special order items are non-cancellable/non-returnable. Manufacturers vary delivery time, so estimated times of arrivals are not guaranteed. Special order products are not listed on the website and must be purchased directly through a sales representative.
